Dettagli del progetto

The renovation of this approximately 260 sqm apartment in the centre of Milan originated from the Clients’ desire to completely reinterpret the existing spaces, transforming them into a contemporary environment capable of combining comfort, identity and quality of living.

The project involved a complete redistribution of the layout, with the aim of creating a balanced and functional sequence of spaces in which the different areas of the home interact with one another while maintaining a strong individual character. The selection of high-quality materials and carefully chosen finishes accompanies each room, contributing to the definition of a refined and coherent atmosphere.

Particular attention was devoted to the bespoke design of the main elements of domestic living: the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were conceived as integrated systems, in which furnishings, materials and construction details work together to create unique and highly personalised spaces.

The intervention interprets the spaces through a balance between elegance and comfort, responding to the Clients’ wish to live in a welcoming home without renouncing a strong architectural identity.
