Panini De Santis – Porto Rotondo

In the heart of Porto Rotondo, one of the Mediterranean’s most exclusive destinations, the new De Santis concept comes to life—an interior design project that reinterprets the historic identity of the Milanese brand through a contemporary, elegant language deeply inspired by its Mediterranean setting. The brand’s first opening in Sardinia marks a new chapter in its evolution, bringing its gourmet dining experience to a space that harmoniously reflects the atmosphere and landscape of the Costa Smeralda.

The design concept was developed with the intention of creating a refined yet understated environment, where every element contributes to an authentic and welcoming experience. The large central counter becomes the focal point of the space: a clean-lined architectural feature that organizes the layout, defines circulation, and encourages a direct connection between guests and the product.

The material and color palette draws inspiration from the landscapes of Gallura. Deep green surfaces evoke the Mediterranean vegetation, while satin bronze finishes reflect the warm light of the coastline. The natural marble countertop completes the composition with timeless elegance, adding a sense of solidity and refinement to the overall design.

The project embraces a sophisticated materiality and a clean architectural language. Continuous surfaces, metallic details, natural wood finishes, and carefully balanced proportions shape a contemporary interior where functionality and elegance coexist seamlessly. Every design choice has been carefully considered to express the identity of the De Santis brand, integrating it naturally into the exclusive setting of Porto Rotondo while creating a welcoming, sophisticated space designed to stand the test of time.
