The concept is expression of an innovative way of thinking about retail areas. The spaces are divided, at ground floor, into a lounge bar, a gastronomy, a Japanese show cooking and a beer corner, while at the first floor there are a comfortable sofas area, a flexible meeting room and a large smart working area. The concept follows the idea of the flexible design, using modern and cutting-edge spaces embedding different technological solutions..

Different food corners line this green street creating a marked difference between the fast lanes and the slow corners areas. The spaces are divided into a lounge bar, gastronomy, show cooking and beer corner, confortable sofas area and a flexible meeting room creating a large smart working area, on the second floor.
