The main idea of the internal design for the new office of Legance – Avvocati Associati in Milan revolves around the best possible use of the areas for clients and guests. The state-of-the-art technology chosen guarantees maximum comfort in a setting of marked historical importance.

Meeting rooms, waiting areas, more private meeting rooms, coffee break areas are disitributed around all floors with those at the ground level set in total harmony with the garden, the grand courtyard and the welcoming area. The project also focused on the correct movement of people to guarantee the maximum protection of the interior part of the building.

One of the main characteristic of the building is the harmony created between the internal and external areas obtaining attractive views from the meeting rooms on the two levels of the garden and on the grand courtyard, on the roofs of Milan city centre not to mention the magnificent view of the spires of Duomo.

The careful internal planning guarantees a particular sense of harmony in the areas where professionals and clients meet, underlined by the careful   planning of the acoustic comfort and by an elegant style that respects the entire context.

Also the external areas have been thought to be a place combining contemporary and innovative meeting points while keeping a clear idea of a State Institution.

The result is a perfect continuum between the past and a gesture towards innovation making Legance new offices unique.
