The proposed intervention focuses on the creation of a new facade and on a green area to give the building a new, more modern and livable image. The renovation of the plants improves the energy performance of the building; the study of a transparent and enamelled glass facade also serves as a coat for energy containment without altering existing openings. The intervention was designed to make the LEED SILVER certified property.
Particular attention was also paid to the external areas with a dedicated landscape project, that aims to enhance the actual use of the green spaces.
