Paloma architects designed the first Velasca workshop for women in Milan, Piazza Giovine Italia, not far from the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.

The interior is designed as a meeting place recalling the atmosphere of an elegant and feminine Milanese house with a touch of contemporary design and mixed with vintage characters.

An arch divides the shop of about 30 sqm in two different rooms. The first room houses the shoes display and fitting area, while in the second we discover another showroom area solely dedicated to a large made–to–measure bookcase topped by a vintage mirror.

The colour palette and material effects, hand painted wallpaper, parquet and natural wood antique furnishings create a simple but sophisticated welcoming atmosphere.
