The project goal was to give a new appeal to the existing building, so Paloma Architects decided to work punctually on the facades of the main entrances, the exterior windows, the green areas, the parking areas and the communication poles have been restored.
Important internal refurbishment was proposed for the shopping area giving new form to the space through the renovation of ceilings, replacing the main skylight, standardizing the alignment of the shop windows.
