The project for the interiors of the new Rome office of the law firm Legance – Avvocati Associati responds to the need to extend the spaces of the head office in via San Nicola da Tolentino; the office remodeling site is indeed located just a short distance away, in via Bissolati.

The project involves about 1000 sq. m on the third floor of an elegant building erected around the 1950s and aims to confirm Legance’s identity by proposing a refined elegance: soft colors contrasting with the wood of the mostly original floors and doors, comfortable roomy spaces bathed in beautiful natural lighting.

One of the most delicate technical challenges was to restore acoustic comfort and ensure the professionals’ privacy by acting effectively on the structure of the existing mechanical installations and using textile materials on the floor to dampen the noise of footsteps.
