Paloma Architects S.r.l. for Colliers Italia developed the design of approximately 800 sqm of offices located in via Melchiorre Gioia 26.

The space was rented in CAT A by an important multinational which made it its headquarters in Italy.

Paloma Architects oversaw the space planning, the interior design and the adaptation of lighting fixtures, data and electrical supplies and smoke detection.

In the executive phase, Paloma Architects supported the Project Management activities directed by Colliers Italia as general and specialist works management.
