Our project:

The extremely large, long abandoned structure consists of a main building and two side wings besides a paved courtyard used for parking. Paloma Architects have been able to renew this entire complex without expanding the original volume and transforming the building into a new, state–of–the–art complex from the point of view of architecture, heating system, acustics, plant engineering, and structure.

To reach their objective and give prestige to the entire building, Paloma Architects projected a certain number of restructuring measures to the structures both in the height and foundations besides the refurbishment of the entire covering and facades.
The renovated building houses the new headquarters of Arrow Diagnostics, a company leader in the Molecular Diagnostic sector keeping their advanced tertiary vocation in the medical/pharmaceutical sector: it is a reinterpretation of the past use of the building in a sustainable version and a returning it to its original function using cutting edge technology.
